Anna & Ellie Co. Bandanas and Dehydrated Treats are handcrafted and dehydrated in the USA.
The idea of Anna & Ellie Co. started during the 2020 pandemic. Ellie (Australian Shepherd) and her parents thought of a business idea, so we went out and bought a sewing machine, some fabric, a dehydrator, and started Anna & Ellie Co.! Often outnumbered by limited time holding full time jobs, school, and caring for 3 kitties & Ellie, we focused on our goal and launched our business! We found ourselves constantly looking for healthy single ingredient treats/chews that would work with Ellie who has skin allergies and a sensitive tummy. It was then when we knew it was best we began making our own. We were always buying bandanas to match our lifestyles whether it was for a friend's wedding, a birthday party, or just a walk through the neighborhood. It wasn't long before we began picking out our favorite fabric and got to sewing! from here, the inspiration for our product ideas came to life.
Our dehydrated treats are always fresh, and supplied from trusted sources. We will never add any extra preservatives or ingredients. Our treats are dehydrated at a low temperature to ensure your pet gets the most nutritional value. Our treats will also be packed and shipped in a resealable bag along with oxygen absorbers to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. - How do I know what Bandana size to get my Dog/Cat?
We highly recommend that you measure your pets neck with a measuring tape. This will give you the most accurate neck size for your pet. Please be sure to add 2 to 4 inches of wiggle room and ability to tie the bandana to your pets neck. (e.g. Ellie's neck size is 19in, and wears size Medium for maximum comfort).
- What if I ordered the wrong Bandana size for my Dog/Cat?
We understand not everyone has a measuring tape lying around. If you order the wrong bandana size for your furry friend, contact us. If the bandana is in it's original condition and unworn, we'll gladly process an exchange request for you!
- I'm still unsure of what size to get for my pet!?
We get it, try sticking to this Sizing Guide to help with your decision-making:
XXS(16in) will fit most pets with an 11 inch neck or smaller (ideal for Cats).
XS(19in) will fit most pets with an 11-14 inch neck size.
S(22in) will fit most pets with a 12-15 inch neck size.
M(25in) will fit most pets with a 16-21 inch neck size.
L(28in) will fit most pets with an 18-24 inch neck size.
XL(32in) will fit most pets with a 24-29 inch neck size.
- My item(s) arrived damaged, what gives?!
Since we don't have a storefront, we pride ourselves in making sure your packaged goods are well presented upon arrival. We do a quality check before we package and ship your item(s). If your item(s) arrive damaged due to shipping processes, please contact us.
- My pet's Bandana fits perfect around the neck, but looks too long?!
Your in luck! if your pet's bandana seems too long, we encourage you to give the top of the bandana an inward fold or two. This fold(s) will shorten the length of the bandana overall.
- How long 'til my item(s) ship out?
You can always check the home page or our product listing for our current processing time. Typically, orders will ship within 5 days. All of our products are handmade-to-order. You will of course be provided tracking information for your order(s) once shipped.
- How do I feed dehydrated treats to my pet(s)?
We highly suggest you to only feed dehydrated treats to your pet(s) in moderation, and not all in one sitting. This might sound obvious, but we have to emphasize on this. You can use the treats as a reward for training purposes, a topper for enrichment of their routine meal, or simply because they deserve it! Always supervise your pet(s) when feeding treats or chews.
