Refund policy

We have a 14-day Exchange Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Dehydrated Treats are Final Sale.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused.

If your exchange item(s) request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Anna & Ellie bandanas are custom made-to-order items. Due to variation in the fabric's pattern and the brightness of your screen, your item may look a little different. We do our best to photograph the items as it appears in person.

Anna & Ellie Co. is not responsible for damages due to scratching, chewing, pulling, etc. Once purchased, it is up to the owner to check the condition of their pet's bandana before each use.

Anna & Ellie Co. is not liable for any injuries to your pet due to accidents, misuse, etc. Please keep an eye on your pet when wearing any accessories. 

If you are unsure or have any questions, please ask before purchasing. We DO NOT give refunds for any of our products.

Pet Dehydrated Goods

Anna & Ellie Dehydrated Treats can be given as a treat, a training guide, or reward for your pet. For the safety of your pet, always supervise when feeding. Serve treats responsibly as part of your dog's diet. Provide fresh, clean water at all times and reseal the package after feeding to preserve freshness. Not for human consumption.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as dog food/treats), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the exchange request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
